One of the first things you need to do to your new Ruckus / Zoomer is clean up the rear end! Use the Password:JDM License Plate Re-Locater to mount your plate under the seat for a clean look. This bracket can be flipped to mount your license plate high or low based on your preference. The license plate re-locator is compatible with the Password:JDM Under Seat Tail Light & Signal Kit.
