This aluminum anodized hood spacer kit will help to decrease under engine temperatures by allowing additional air venting where the windshield meets the hood by venting the hood. 

These precision machined performance aluminum anodized solid bushings gives your car a new look and the venting it needs.

Includes four solid anodized aluminum bushings, and new hardware for the vented hood position. The installation is simple, and takes less than 10 minutes.

These bushings were designed using the EP3 aftermarket carbon fiber hoods which are generally smaller and have more clearance than the OEM hood. The bushings generally fit without modification as long as the hood is even a couple millimeters smaller than stock. On the EP3 speficially, the fender and OEM hood have a design feature and "pointed" design that creates such tight tolerances that modifcation of the upper fender position will be necessary to enable a clean fit. Additionally, due to variances in type of hood designs, fender positions, and whether your car has been in an accident or not, slight modification to the hood and/or fender may be required upon installation. Proper adjustment is ALWAYS necessary for perfect fitment.
